Is my raise terribel on RIV here? I am facing a C/R from a regular on pritty dry board and I dont like to play back on this flop here couse i think i can get in a terribel spot. When i call on this board my hand looks like som kind of overpair to him so when the A comes on the RIV i touh i could rep trips and i think i have tone of fold eq here as well.

This maybe sounds crazy but my image is relly tight when i raise riv like this so i think he can sometimes fold a set here..

but what do u guys say? should i just take the call insted and try to win a showdown here?

I don't think he will fold set here no matter how tight you are, I also think when he bets turn so small he almost never has a set anyway.

I think he had either two small pair or a straight draw with 75 or a medium pocket pair. His range on the flop is wide open because of the min-raise preflop. A medium pp is most likely imo, but he could have folded two small pair.

Super ez raise/stack off OTT against that gay bet for me. As played - I think it's nobrainer call river. That raise only makes sense for value, but since u said u're super tight, no point in raising.

I much prefer prefer turning marginal made hands bluffs on the river when bet sizes indicate fold equity. Not all the time but often.

I mean call and hope for the best or bluff in a spot where have a ton of FE? I prefer the latter. I mean it sucks to lose to A5 here when we can push him off the hand like 100% of the time and he never has a set here with these sizings

Also it depends on what is worth more to you in the long run, the amount in this pot or the read you get on this line/sizings if you call and see SD?

Agree that we have value with raise OTT. Do you think he plays for stacks with
that range of weak draws and weak pairs?
