this swings dont seem to be normal, and they drive me crazy.
and i admit, today there was some tilt involved...
i play NL50, however i guess i'll have to move down soon if this fall continues.
today (thats last 2k hands) i lost about 130 bucks.

      question is: is this normal??

and are the players on full tilt tighter than other rooms?

      current BR : $300

130$ is less than 3 BI on NL50.
      Yep, it is normal.
And 300$ is not enought to play NL50.

swings like this are hard but normal. you have to keep a cool head and try to stop when you feel you are going on tilt. the most part of the money you lost usually cames from the bad play when you are on tilt and that can destroy your whole bankroll.

if you get a beat, try to see it positiv: most of the time you will win.

      good luck,
      rick

I guess that sss is about big swings. You lost 13BI, it happes. I playd sss, but during last downswing I moved to FL, which has less swings ( I mean FR) and more fun because it is not so mechanic ;)
Anyway, keep playing good poker, If You have a strong mind, You will survive, ;)

Bad beats, think positive, yadda yadda, you have heard it all already having been a nOOb and went through swings at NL10 etc
Here I will quote you, for you have stated both the problem, and the solution, all at once.

"this swings dont seem to be normal, and they drive me crazy.
and i admit, today there was some tilt involved...
i play NL50, however i guess i'll have to move down soon if this fall continues"

Problem: you think swings are not normal
      Problem: swings tilt you
Solution: play at a lower limit
Solution: ??? beyond this the rest is up to you, go back to NL50 when you are ready. I will suggest you work on your mental approach to the game. Your mind is a very powerful tool in poker, and it must be razor sharp. Tilt dulls it and you can't cut runny margarine :D

      Other suggestions:
Re-read all relevant articles, pay attention to psychology ones
Add the full tilt NL25 data base from Gervs blog to your own
Use a HUD if you dont already
Attend advanced coachings and ask questions
Learn a different style or game type at lower limits
      Learn to meditate
And above all, have fun, take a few days off if you need to
