      Hi GavaraB,

      thank you for your post and welcome to the SideKick forums.

      Did you update Windows recently or installed any other updates to your computer?
      Basically, I'd need to know what you did before it stopped working.

      You can probably fix the issue by navigating to this folder %localappdata%\PokerStrategy.com\ and renaming the folder "PokerStrategy.com SideKick" to something like "PokerStrategy.com SideKick Backup".

      Start SideKick afterwards and see if it's working.

      HI!

      In last 6 months I have problem always when Side Kick need to bee upgraded. Finally, yesterday I realized that the problem is in Avast Antivirus. When i disable Avast for 10 min. without any problem I upgraded SideKick and SideKicks return to normal operation. Hope this will help someone with same problem.
