Either check behind on turn, or push your 7.5 stack into the 6.95 pot.

Pushing river as played will never work, as you would only put 4.5 into a 14.95 pot, which scares noone who calls turn (normally).

But: I don't like your reraise with KQ at CO, you'll only pick up small pots and lose most of the big pots as KQ is often dominated when your 3bet preflop gets called.

      hi
kqs is highly dominated by his utg range in a 3 bet pot so i sugest calling preflop. as played check behind turn and give up on the river .
pushing turn is not so bad but at this limit you get called a lot and you dont have enough fold equity to make this profitable
