      You might have the best hand+ good implied odds if you hit one of your 10 outs+ since you raised pf then you also have fold equity when you c-bet.
      Consider all these reasons I'd make 7$ c-bet and decide on the tuirn if called if I want to fire another barrel or if SB calls then take free card.
