on the flop you get 1:4.6 pot odds.

so let's see how many outs you've got:

      3 outs for your jack
1 out for your backdoor flush draw
      4 outs for your gutshot
and I would discount your outs for the ten to 1
this equals 9 outs. Which gives you 1:5.2 odds

So if you only consider the odds and outs the call on the flop was bad.
If you add implied odds you may could get enough odds to call. But I don't really like it tbh. You are OOP and your hand isn't that strong.

I think you can call min-raise, since your T, J might also be good and you have backdoor flushdraw and it was min-raise, which means that oppoennt isn´t probably that strong and could be easily drawing.
I´d make 6$ on the river. If he has smt, he´d call, if not then he´d fold.
