      I found it difficult to believe opponent had a Q here with just a passive call on flop, while I only had minimal stack left.

      normal c-bet would be $0.65 and that's more than 50% (44.5%-54.5%) so you have to go all-in on the FLop.

      As played, you should push the Turn as a 2nd barrel. 2 queens on the flop decreases the % chance that Villain has a Queen in one of his/her hole cards

      i dont believe the Q either and therefore bet the turn

      if you want to checkcall you can bet as well ;) (with a made hand!)
