      reads: I had played a huge pot vs villain a few hands earlier.

      it had turned out that he was 3betting very light OOP.

      should I 4bet? and what line is optimal postflop?

      Since you´re ip, you could play postflop, but TT is also good enough hand to 4-bet 14$ and get it all-in pf.
      I think flop bet is fine, but you should check back turn.
      It is very hard him to call with worse hands and he should lead out on the flop with flushdraw, so you´re probably way ahead or way behind.
