      value bet on river could have been higher as this guy is a total fish :D and no way he's ever letting go of AT/A6/A8 or AK.

      His riverbet of 4.5 brings total pot at ~35$, you have 36$ left -> push it all in.

      even if he calls your allin only 1/2 times as if he would call your raise to 18$ you would still get more value.

      I´d re-raise turn, since he shouldn´t bet that less with better hands.
      RIver is must value raise- you have top two pair.
      I like 18$, it is hard him to call potsize raise with Ax.
