If villain only raises preflop then his VPIP and RaisePreflop will be the same stat.
Sorry but villain does not only raise preflop.
And 23 hands isnt much of a samlple size to go by.

      As for the hand.
I think check/call to the river.

you should probably fold flop when you dont hit your set, there arent many hands worse than yours that he would keep betting with

justkyle: I typed "rarely raises pf", not "only raises pf".
I just c/c this 6.8 AF guy and block bet river so i dont have a tough decision when he bets 2/3+ pot.

delete: actually he could bet with anything with 83 VPIP + 6.8 AF, dont you think? However his PFR 4 tells me he has something...

If you´re going to play 77, then I like to raise pf, if you wanted to call for set value, then you should fold pf, sice player is middle stack and his pfr is very low.
Postflop: I think c/c all three streets is fine, unless he shoves on the river.
No need to lead out, if you have the best hand, then you don´t mind c/c one more time.

      thnx,
      - If I raise pf, what do I do if he 3bets?
      - Cant I call 20 here? (0.20 raisex20=$4)
      - If I c/c river, what max. bet size can I call?

      - If he 3-bets then it is fold.
      - if you called set value and hit that flop, then it is hard to play oop and you should call his small bets on the flop, turn and maybe even river.
      - if he bets more than 1$, then you can probably fold.
