Cool hand poker con artist site!!!!!!

      I'm from South Africa and found that Cool Hand poker is the worst possible site to play at. When I opened my account South Africa was on the list to state where I'm from with registration. With South Africa being on the list, I assumed that they allow players from here since onlile play is allowed in South Africa. When I claim my prices, I'm refused my payout and my accout closed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That makes me sick about these kind of sites!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just shows you how many people they are conning out of there money and prices!!!!!!! May Cool hand Poker rest in peace!!!!

      I have had thoughts similar to this.

      When you want to deposit money to a site using your VISA, it's not a problem. They need no authentification what so ever.

      BUT!!!

      When you want to withdraw to that very same creditcard, they need picture ID, birthday certificate and all other stuff. Next thing they will probably ask for a note from my mother saying I was allowed to play..

      Okay enough with my whining - you have a worse problem, your account was closed. I'm sorry to hear that. Stick to the bigger sites, they should be more reliable..
