There are a couple of different problems in this thread.
What exact symptoms do you get?
Can you provide a screen shot of any error messages?
Are you running as administrator?
Are you running HM2 as well as William Hill?
I suggest you do a full shutdown/restart of your computer, then try to install the software again if it is not already installed.
If it installs correctly, try to run it with NO OTHER software running.
If it installs and runs on a clean machine, then we can start to try to troubleshoot.
Most definitely, HM2 be started only once William Hill is running and logged in.
