      Flop bet is a little to much.
      Check/ call turn and on the river check/fold if he bets again is one variant.

      bet/fold turm imo....you shuold valuebet , but if he shows strenght be able to release your hand

      however, i would raise preflop

      he is not a limper, but a poster. and he doesnt raise. so you are way ahead with your A9s
