Flop call or raise? I guess villain will often go broke with worse, but I wanted to wait for ablank turn.

As played, I think my river fold is ok.

However, I think bet/call on the turn would be best. I have some FE if villain has completely missed, have loads of equity if villain pushes, and get free SD if villain calls. and I'm often ahead anyway.

I would raise flop and go broke, when turn is blank and villain shoves- would you fold? Since you´re not folding then I think better is get all the money all-in on the flop.
9 is almost blank- he doesn´t have here Tx too often, you should b/c turn, since if T comes, you don´t want to call his bet on the river.
I would probably call river, since he could also shove worse hand like AK or AA.
