Raise preflop atleast 3.5x - 4x his raise.

      Postflop is fine.

Myself I'm not a fan of reraising AQ in MP vs UTG or CO vs MP at this level. You chase away most of the worse Ax hands and even on Axx or Qxx flops you're not getting paid a lot by worse hands + you'll pay off bigger hands pretty lightly.

Any other opinions on how to play AQ in MP or CO vs UTG/MP opener? Should be a pretty interesting discussion :D .

      Why raise more?

      Postflop: Nice hand, sir

      Best regards,

P.S. folding is very bad without stats and serious reads, so RR is the way to play
Calling don't give you any information so I don't thing you are winning money with cold call

Against unknown I would call pf and play postflop game.
You don´t see people calling with AJ, AT pf, so I can´t see much value 3-betting, but since you have position then 3-bet is fine, since it is hard to play profitable oop.
Like your flop bet, but you should bet 8$ on the turn, rather than all-in. It is very hard him to call with worse hands and he´d probably raise flushdraw on the flop, so I don´t think that he is drawing here too many times.
