Should I shove it here? I mean, the board is paired. So the possibilites that villain has a Q are smaller. So would it be alright to shove it?

Bet harder on the Flop to like $1.8 or even $2

But I would shove the Turn now since the 5 makes your life easier, if he has it, he has it no worry its still +EV.

After 90 hands villian appears to be a calling station. A calling station will call with weak made hands, overcards, any draw (esp flush) or often a flop bet just to see if a draw opens up. A queen is easily in his calling range, but then again, so are a horde of hands that pay you off here.
I would bet 1.7 flop and push turn.

you hab 2,72 left and the Pot is 5.10 $

      So right
