not receiving money for pkr or Gala

      my post with regard to pkr and gala was CHANGED by pokerstrategy.com to imply that they actually did something about it, which they DID NOT. Then they LOCKED ME OUT from re-editing it.


      I followed the download link they supplied, and followed all the instructions exactly.

      I have yet to receive ANY CORRESPONDENCE vis a vis Gala poker and all reference to it has been removed from my posts.

      This issue needs to be dealt with in an open manner by pokerstrategy.com.
      All correspondence including exactly how you have edited my words will be passed on to the Advertising Standards Authority.

      Hey wearyheels,

      I only edited your post to remove the confidential information from your ticket that you posted on our forum.

      As our customer support told you yesterday, your transfer was not possible because of a mistake on your end. It happens! It has happened quite a lot in the past and probably will continue to happen in future.

      Moving past this, they have offered you more free poker money at a different poker site. You can sort all this out with them using our ticketing service. A little patience may be required as it can take up to 48 hours to complete the transfer and generally a few hours for correspondence.

      I opened two tickets, one for pkr and one for Gala.

      Your reply for Gala was

      "I am sorry, but the free poker money offer was for PKR only and we are not able to transfer the funds to another poker room."

      This is NOT WHAT I ASKED. I received an email from you suggesting that i register with Gala Casino Poker in order to receive free money. I did this, in exactly the manner that you asked and received no money.

      Here is the relevant text from the email

      "Hi wearyheels,
      As a long-time member of PokerStrategy, we would like to offer you up to $20 free poker money to play with on Gala Poker. "




      As for PKR I followed the link on the Free Money page on PokerStrategy.com and registered with PKR. This is the link you keep saying is wrong. The link on YOUR PAGE on YOUR WEBSITE

      Your reply for PKR

      "We have got many different sign up instructions for a poker room.
      You needed to use the link we provided you by E-Mail."

      You did not provide a link by email. You advertise PKR as a poker site which will give deposit free $10 after sign up. Those are the instructions I followed. You now need to honour that agreement.

      I spoke to our customer support and was updated regarding your story.

      You initially took and received your free money offer at William Hill back in 2013.

      You recently received an additional free money offer at Gala Poker. However, you failed to reply within the required time and the offer became invalid.

      You also received a free money offer at PKR but because of a mistake on your end the transfer failed. As our customer support team have told you, it is not possible to switch rooms when it is an additional offer.

      I don't see where anybody has wronged you or misled you along the way? I am sorry if you feel differently.

      I never asked to transfer anything to anywhere.

      I used your website page marked "Free Money" to register with PKR. How is this a "Mistake" ?

      I believe you are currently speaking with our customer support.

      They will be able to assist you on this matter a lot of better than I can as I don't have internal access ;)

      Please stop posting private and confidential information on our forum. I have already warned you about that.

      As I've already stated, our customer support deal with these queries and are currently in correspondence with you. There is no need to make posts on our forum as well as we don't have any powers but bumping you to our customer support.

      If you send it to me, it is not private or confidential. Please consult your compliance department. Any correspondence you enter into with me is not private unless I choose it to be. You do not have that right.


      Please refrain from covering up your errors by editing my posts. If you continue to do so I will publish our conversation about this matter elsewhere where you do not have the ability to censor it.

      PokerStrategy.com is at fault here. You should not welsh on your offers.


      To the other people reading this, what was deleted was a copy of my complaint. It contained polite language and simply demonstrated that PS have their facts backwards.

      Please note this is not a copy of the email, but paraphrases it. There is no confidential information in this post.

      PS are incorrect.

      I received the offer for Gala Casino Poker via email.
      To be clear about this - I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A PKR OFFER VIA EMAIL !!!!

      While I was waiting for that [Gala Casino Poker] money to come through, I visited the PokerStrategy.com website to see what other offers were available. I then chose to follow the instructions on that page to register with PKR via the link they provided on the "Free Money" page.

      Furthermore, if PokerStrategy.com make an offer via their website, they need to honour it.
      Discussions of emails sent or not sent are irrelevant to that basic principle.
