      Again: play with maximum stack

Bet is one option, but vs. 2 people with second pair and good kicker you are not in the best shape in the world

Checking turn is bad, because is likely that they call you with draws. Giving free cards is a mortal sin :O

As played check/fold river is ok

      One way to play is
      bet/fold flop
      (for protection and information)

      bet/fold turn
(if you show weakness on such a turn, you can be forced to fold better hands)

      check/folding river
This card complete a lot of draws and if they not fold till now I don't think you can make them fold representing
backdoor flush or some kind of gut shot SD

      Best imo is
check/ call flop for more information

      if everybody checks lead turn

if some one bet and you are seeing turn HU you can try to bet/fold
check/calling is weak on this kind of turn card

if there is betting and RR you are folding flop

      Best regards,

reload preflop . its not profitable to play with half of stack .
you can lead on the flop or you can check/call and reevaluate turn ( fold if anyone bets again)
as played checking turn and folding river 3 way is fine
