      Don't play big pots with this kind of hands
      When you isolate preflop and make even such a small bet on the flop you can wait for you draw. Don't play for stacks with drawing hands

      Since you´re ip, then 3-bet pf is fine.
      You can b/f flop or better option would probably be check behind, call turn bet and then decide on the river what you should do.
      and since board is drawy then I don´t mind also bet/shove flop, he has here often just draw or making a move and you hold top pair (sadly he plays TT, JJ and sets also that way, so that induce a lot of variance)
