This is a very TAG range that i use as a guideline for micro cash games. It's loosely based on Dan Harringtons recommendations for a player new to 6max, but since it's Harrington, it may be too tight for some peoples tastes.

      UTG 10% (4x Open)
      66+
      ATs+
      AJo+
      KJs+
      98s, T9s, JTs

      MP 15% (3.5x Open)
      44+
      A8s+
      ATo+
      T8s+
      87s+
      KQo, KJo
      All Suited Paint

      CO 22% (3X Open)
      22+
      A5s+
      A9o+
      75s+
      65s+
      All Paint

      BU 30% (2.5x Open)
      22+
      A2s+
      A3o+
      64s+
      54s+
      K7s+
      Q9s+
      J9s+
      All Paint

SB = CO Range (3x Open)

As you can see, the EP and MP are mostly strong value hands like pairs and big cards, with a few suited connectors thrown in for deception and fun. This ensures you have solid values when you enter the post and will help to avoid difficult decisions post.

The later positions open a much wider range. I wont post a 3betting range, as that is highly villain dependent and I wont pretend to be good enough to make one up.

      Hope this helps.
