      I think 2$ bet is also fine, since it is hard hi to call 3$ bet with 66,77.
      Can´t really see him calling too many times with worse hands, so checing back is fine and it is hard to b/f 4$ on the river.
      So both options are fine, depends how often player would call with worse hands.
