      Hello everyone,

I would like to take the game much seriously and here is my plan:

My current bankroll is $108. I will play zoom 2Nl till i reach $200. Then i will move up to 5Nl. By reaching $500 i will play 10NL to get to $700. Daily 2K hands

After reaching $700 i will focus on S&G tourneys playing $2.50/3,50 180 man. Reaching $2000 bankroll i will play $4.50 180 man. If I do wel i might play also $8 180 man. Daily 40 tourneys.

The primair goal is to reach 10K. Then i have to decide: will i continue with scheduled tourneys or should i go back to cash games starting with 25NL. What would be your advice?

Daily after my sessions i will post played hands to learn. Please give me all comments u need to give. I will except them all even the ones which do not have the constructive critisism. I can only learn from them. And I think i need a lot to learn. Thanks in advance!

Wel up to $144,75. Had a good day. dindt manage to play 2K hands. Played 1.2K hands. Got tired.
Started to make mistakes. For example misklicking the button: call instead of fold. Did work out for me fine: see the hand below with 102s. Lol!

      I learned a lot today:

      1. My primair mistake was to call 3-bets oop with small pairs/suited connectors. Thats bad: cost me some money today.

      2. I missed some value by checking down the river because of bad card on the river. Most of the opponents are weak here, so I have to use bet/fold strategy.

      3. Dont have to make tough decisions on the river: does he bluffing or not? Just fold there: the most money comes from better spot where its clear i have the best hand.

      4. Also overplayed some hands. Like get beaten by trips vs better kicker.

I did some good. I managed to make profit $36. Also earned 64 VPP's.

See below some hands i played today. some of them i won/some lost

Wel day 2 of my challenge.

My bankroll is now $150, 10. Im up to $6, but im not satisfied the way i played. I overplayed my overpairs couple of times and was after the dirty outs. Also i called 3bets oop and that cost me money again. Really need to stop playing pots oop. I put myself in bad spots.

Also i have not a lot of experience playing deep stack poker versus other deep stack. I have a feeling i got outplayed couple of times. I m trying to use the pot control but my opponents firing big bets on turn and the river using bad scary cards. Can someone give me an advice what is the best strategy for playing deep stack?

Relevant mistakes i made today: overplayed my overpairs, played too much pots oop.

Before i stared my session i read some chapters of poker book: Killing online poker. I did also watched the some trainings videos for playing fast poker. The one thing i learned from them is raising tight from early positions. More often i was raising utg with suited connectors and did put myself in bad spots. I tried to avoid it today and maybe that was the reason i still made a profit like 3 buy-ins.

More i play the micro stakes more i realize the micro stakes are about avoiding bad spots (spare your money) and keep value betting with best hands (making profit).

See below hands i played today.

The primair goal is to reach 10K. Then i have to decide: will i continue with scheduled tourneys or should i go back to cash games starting with 25NL. What would be your advice?
GL on your journey! $700 is good br for the $2.50 and they're good games. 3.5 rebuys are really high variance and filled with good regs so I'd stay away from them until u have around 2k. Same for the 8$. The $4.5 thou are reg speed, not turbo so you'll get less variance and a higher roi, but also you'll play less games/hour. You could play them with less than 2k$, I'd say even at $700.
Also consider just taking shots and moving down when things don't go the way you want them to. And study, study, study(review your hands, post them, get in skype groups, watch videos, get icmizer or holdemresources calculator and analyze nash ranges).
And I don't know what to tell you to do with a 10k roll as I'm not there myself :f_frown:

Edit: if you're not comfortable with deep stack play stick to turbo sngs for now. At $150 roll you can play some $1.5 45man (watch some videos from Collin Moshman first)

      Day 3 of my challenge.

Bankroll: $153,14. For a day up to $3. Was losing $6 after 1K hands. In 3 days made 202 VPP. I might reach the gold status this month. We'll see.

Well today i had bad run, but i did also overplay my overpairs. Did not lose 100Bb with overpairs every time, but check called some rivers.
Also missed some valuebetting oop: like on board 357Q2 with Aq: check-call, check-call, check check the river. This is very important not to loose more with overpairs. Still not satisfied with my play.

I did improve my biggest leak: playing pots oop. Tried to avoid this situations.
I noticed sometimes its more a tilt factor after losing some pots with AA/KK. So need more discipline on that.

See below some of my hands!

      Day 4
My bankroll is now $153,70. For a day up to $0,70. Lol.
      Played exactly 2k hands.

Actually i started bad: a bunch set over sets, straights vs flushes etc.
But i also discovered that some players started to play back at me. So first i was folding and then started to come up for myself. Its like on streets: dont let them to push you around. So started to 4-bet preflop with hands 99+, AQ+ against the certain players.
Also called on the river some check raises and discovered some bluffs.
Like when I was holding AA and got check raised on board Q23J7 on the river i managed to call his check raise and discovered his bluff with A10. That was a good moment and good board to do that. Normally i do not try to open their bluffs at micro stakes. But i thought i have to come up for myself, otherwise they will play against me and will try to put me in bad spots.
After i changed that everything became normal again and i started to win again. Those guys left me alone.

So the lesson for today is how to adapt. When u u know what is the right strategy and u playing kind of same game the other players will use it against u. So i have to focus more and i have to to be aware of that and start to adapt more.

My bankroll is now $152,93. Played 1K hands. Didnt make a lot of technical mistakes. But still playing break even last days.

So I analysed my play to find more leaks and i thnk i found them. I think im playing to much tables (8x zoom). Action is very fast and i have less time to concentrate. Sometimes i insta checked or insta called that showed a lot of weakness. So i think i made bad laydowns sometimes. Also i couldnt study other players, made less notes etc.

8x zoom tables is fast but also not the best strategy. Because im playing 4 tables full ring too. My game and knowledge is based on 6-max tables. And thats it: i noticed that the most profit i lost was on full ring games. For a example what do you do with hands like AK/QQ when u got 4-bet on full ring table? Im not sure i made good decisions.

So today i will approach the game different: i will play 4x 6-max zoom tables, i will make more notes, and i will take some breaks between the hands. LIke after 500 played hands i will take a break tot anlayse my played hands. To study i will watch the next video:

      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L7YJG0_Uf7o

I heard a lot of it. I post my outcome later. Wish me luck!!

Good luck. I have a similar challenge. Zooming 4 tables is more than enough.

      Day 6 of my challenge.
My bankroll is $172,66. For a day up around $20. Played ok today, for a first time i felt like I learned a lot and i could used my knowledge today.

On my last blog i promised to change my game plan: play 4x 6-max zoom game instead of 8x 6-9 tables zoom. And that worked fine. I could concentrate more and I almost made no mistakes. I took breaks between the hands and I felt confident, fresh and i was ready for more.

I was playing more aggressively, 3-betted a lot vs weak players. But i avoided to play oop (that was my biggest leak). I recognized weak players by their stacksizes (less than 100BB), by their names (containing numbers and xxx), by their pictures (dogs, family pictures) and by number of tables they were playing (1 tabling, probably weak player).

Tomorrow i will watch some training video's for playing 5Nl zoom. I will not take a shot. I just want to be prepared when i will move up to 5NL stackes. I need $29 more to play higher.

My favorite hand i played today:

      Hello,

The update of day 7. My bankrol dropped down to $148,79.Remember i promised not to take the shot on 5NL? Well, i couldnt help myself. Because of weeknd, i had a huge variance and i lost a lot of AA/KK/QQ /AKs. So the variance was not on my side yesterday. When I lost my last KK vs A5s (4betted short stacker and he cold called me to flop trips 5) i decided to stop, Was tilty and lost my A-game somthere 1K hands ago. So stopping the game was the best decisions i could make yesterday.

So today i play 2Nl again, decided to move up again when i earn $250. More confortable stack to take bad beats.
Wish me luck, i will continue later today.

Day 8 of my challenge. Up to $158,72. For a day up: $6,74. Played 1,7K hands.
See my stats of my play:

The analysis told me my c-bets are low: about 59%. And my aggression factor postflop is low too. So need to be more aggressive. What do you think. Will that wotk on 2NL. I dont think people like to fold pairs at micro stakes.

Day 9. Now up to $164,36. Was a little bit struggle, break even most of the time. But then i run the analysis on pokertracker and i noticed most of the pots i lost i played from blinds. Especially on BB. So i played less hands on BB, 3-betted less hands from BB and i stared to make a comeback.

Here my graph i played today: u see the comeback after 2.8K hands? Well i started to fold my BB.

      After 12K of my hands:

So have to fold and play less oop. Folding from BB or 3-betting. Folding vs 3-bet or 4-betting. Whatever, but not calling oop.

The total graph over 12K hands:

Up to $174,64. after just 1,4K hands. Played wel and made less mistakes. I do learn a lot. Folded a lot of hands oop and more hands on BB. The pokertracker is nice software: can play ranges of my opponents and 3-betting and 4-betting more effectively.

The only thing i did learned today is in some situations playing my big pocket pairs more slowly, try to pot control. Lets say i had AA and i raise an get 2 callesr the board has 9 10 6. I will try to pot control turn if raise and get 2 callers behind. If turn and the river are not bad/scary cards i can make some calls on the river. This way i lose less when i get unlucky or i will let the other players make a bluff against me.

      Here the graph of today:

U see the difference with my last graph. Really good improvement.

The total graph of 13,5K hands:

And the last one with all stats:

Hello. Day 11 of my grind. Im counting the days i actually played poker. So up to $198,80. Played total 23K hands. Here the graphs after 23K hands:

My leak report shows a lot of stats. According to report i had to improve my VPIP (15%) and PFR (11%). The ratio between them are good. Also my total aggression factor is low. But i think it still enough for micro limits. I m not satisfied about my fold to a river bet. Its bigger than it should be: value 49. I think this is the biggest leak for the micro limits. Have to concentrate on that.

      Hi ,
Its going good. Im up to $221,36. Even the days when i have a bad run i still lose less: something between 2-5 BB. Just because i almost eliminated all my other mistakes: playing oop, playing loose from blinds, bad c-bets on 10-J high boards etc. Just 1 more week and then im planning to moveup in stakes: 5NL here i come. I wonder if the games are different on 5NL.

      My graphs after 30K hands:
