1 fold, CO raises to $2, 2 folds, Hero calls $1.50

Hero checks, CO bets $3, Hero calls $3

      Turn: 6:diamond: ($10.25, 2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $6, Hero calls $6

      River: 9:diamond: ($22.25, 2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $17, Hero folds

River my first plan was to c/c , because if I frontbet only a FH will call/reraise. So decided to c/c untill his 3rd barrel was 17$ in 22.25$ pot.

We've had no history before of 3barreling or bluffing so my question is: Does my A high flush actually beat something here?

      Terrific or horrendeous fold?
