      Welcome everyone.

That's my 3rd try with a blog and 2nd here in english section. I'm playing poker for more than 2 years already and my biggest success was completely crushed 2nl-10nl fr zoom.

When I was about to start playing nl25 something went wrong and I completely lost a will to play, to improve myself, to do anything and cashed out roll for... I don't know what for, I don't really have idea what happened with my money.

Anyway, I want to come back to poker, I have 23 years and I feel like I still have some time to be good in this game. However, I will try myself at 6 max tables, maybe this will be an impulse for me, to not surrender too fast, as it was in the past. Never played this kind of poker and I feel like it will be a challenge for me :)

Gonna write my thoughts here about this tables soon + my tactics which I think will let me beat this limit asap.

Questions, advices, help offers are welcome

First thoughts? People are extremely passive and honest. Even as an old FR player I can just aggro myself through this stake.

I'm cbeting flop in more than 80% times, 3betting IP A LOT, they are just folding all the time, till they catch something. Quite easy game. I'm pretty sure that I would be able to nearly double net won, if I didn't make some simple mistakes, like overplaying, loose calling and so on. There is a place for improvement :)

      Time for some hands:

      1.

      Graj rękę

      $0.01/$0.02 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

      Known players:
      BU:
      $1.11
      SB:
      $2.58
      BB:
      $2.44
      MP2:
      $2.09
      MP3:
      $2.03
      CO (Hero):
      $2.85

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q, Q.
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.06, BU folds, SB raises to $0.10, BB folds, Hero raises to $0.35, SB calls $0.25.

      Flop: ($0.72) 5, 2, 4 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.38, SB calls $0.38.

      Turn: ($1.48) 8 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.80, SB calls $0.80.

      River: ($3.08) 4 (2 players)
SB bets $0.40, Hero raises to $1.32, SB calls $0.65.

      Final Pot: $5.45.

      Results follow:

Hero shows two pairs, queens and fours(Qh Qc).
      SB shows a pair of fours(Ac 6c).

Hero wins with two pairs, queens and fours(Qh Qc).

This guy is my master. He couldn't do it any better. I would play different sizings now, higher flop + ship turn, so I won't lose $ from him when river comes with overcard to his pockets - which people might have more often in this spot than A6.

      2.

      Flop: ($0.36) 2, Q, 7 (2 players)

      River: ($5.24) A (2 players)

      Final Pot: $5.24.

      Results follow:

Hero shows a pair of kings(Kh Ks).
      SB shows a pair of sevens(Kc 7c).

Hero wins with a pair of kings(Kh Ks).

That's a fun hand. After I bet flop, he said that I'm bluffing, answered that I'm not and he pushed turn. I can't lie.

      Hey Friedric,

Welcome to the blogs..... again

Nice start to your blog and nice giraffe considering you admit that you have been a bit loose in spots.

Hand 3 I couldn't fold on the flop although I'm expecting to be smashed if the 4th heart comes (If I'm not beaten already). At this limit so many will stack off the flop or turn with a high heart. (DISCLAIMER: I is fish :f_biggrin: )

      Happy Fishing

      Laz

Didn't write and pretty much didn't play for one week. I had way too much things to do, there wasn't even a second to relax ;(

I was thinking a lot about my poker past and about my poker future. First, let's take a look, how it was going when I made a 2nd blog few months ago.

      NL2 zoom FR:

      NL5 zoom FR:

NL10 zoom FR (missing another 25k with around 12-13bb/100):

I was self-confident, I was working on ranges, had few coachings and the results came in no time. I wonder if there is a need to change my style, to learn from the beggining and play SH, when I can just restore old myself and do it all again, without stopping before nl25...

I have so many thoughts, so many questions. I'm lost in my mind.

Made a little challenge, unofficial. I will play 20k hands on nl2 zoom FR and see how I feel about it after a long break. Someone said that the most important thing for a poker player is a mindset, he was so right. I can't imagine how many skilled player didn't make it, just because their mind was weak. I don't want to be a next person on this black list.

      First try:

There is a HUGE difference in one place between SH and FR zoom, on FR zoom, they just DON'T fold to cbets. I know that it's not even a decent volume to be sure about some things, but it's funny when after cbeting flop 65% of the time, they fold only 39%. Got to see if it's really like that or it's just the matter of volume.

      Anyway, time for some handies.

Not sure if I played it well. What do you think about donking flop?

Raise turn? I'm calling every river anyway, so it's pretty much pointless to leave something behind, cause he might fold his 40bb after I hit my flush on the river. Stupid me.
