His calling range preflop is very wide - big vpip -, so it's hard to put him on a clear range. The straight is possible and he may have 2 pairs with suited connectors. He beats you with 55 - 99, suited connectors 56 - 89.

He may also have big broadways of heart - JT+, AJ+, KJ+ -, which may try to steal the pot after your check on the river. As you have to win the pot 25% of the time to make the call EV+, i think i call. So nh.

Hero decided to c/c, since if he bet, only better hands would call. By checking, he tried to induce eventual bluff (since hero could have the best hand still).

Yep i think c/call is the best line river for bluff induce.

I don't think villain will bluff river often enough, as he can see that we only have $10 left, so we get 4:1

I think I just push here, as he will often have a draw and fold and sometimes call with TT or something else worse than JJ.

Shove river, you have less than potsize left and you´re not gonna c/f- If you wanted c/f, then it is better to c/f turn. But I wouldn´t suggest folding overpair in 3-bet pot- you´re just too many times ahead.
