      Imo 29s is too weak to isolate limper even ip. If you isolate limper with any 2, then soon they start raising or c/r, so I don´t mind playing some limped pots ip.
      Probably calling turn is fine, not sure about river- you could find fold there, but call is also fine.

      raising SB's open limper from BB is EV+, a player at the portuguese forum proved it

      it is probably EV+ if you don't make mistakes afterwards, and if you know for sure the SB player will fold if he has nothing I guess.

      In this case, I think you should fold the flop raise, since even if he is on a draw, he probably has at least one overcard, maybe has a combo draw. Maybe a better 9. In any case, you're not that far ahead, or you are way behind... and there are so many cards you don't want to see: 8,T,J,Q,K,A,5, clubs...
