I just called flop because I had position and good pot odds. and I think draws will mostly check turn.

On the turn he checks and I just felt he was on a draw. QTo hit, but there is still KT, fdraw, 45, some Ax that will call, etc... And i had about a potsize stack left, so is going all-in ok? at the time I did this considering the player, but its just 21 hands so not very reliable.

I would b/f flop, unless I know that player can c/r with draw- then my line would be shove, since pot is too big.
Not sure about shoving the turn, are you sure that he doesn´t take that line with AQ? or trying to trap you. I think I would rather go cheap showdown at that moment, since AT seems a little too weak to play stacks there.
