      Hey keekkini,

The best thing to do would be to stay in touch with their support.

      Keep us updated

Yea, I did that today. Gotta say, the service I got from live support was really good. I was told to resend the documents, this time with legible format...? Well, both times they were at jpeg but will see how it goes. Another strange thing is, that it seems like I cant receive any emails from their support team but all promotion emails comes through.

      Hey keekkini,

Nice to see that it is progressing. I can't actually access Ladbrokes but I would assume their support would probably be support@ladbrokes.com.

You could try adding this address to your Safe Senders list. Also ensure you check your junk folder.

      Regards

+1, Ladbrokes are the slowest poker site as to verification I've ever played at :f_mad:

The correct address for documents is: documents 'at' ladbrokescasino 'dot' com ; the correct general support address is: care 'at' ladbrokescasino 'dot' com (the live chat gets things done faster, though). They should be used for poker-related queries too - addresses with 'ladbrokespoker dot com' or just 'ladbrokes dot com' are simply irresponsive, contrary to what is said in the 'Contact Us' section of their official site. It's not that you don't get their messages, it's that they don't read yours. And as mentioned, they keep sending promo advertisements and giving bonuses even to blocked accounts.

No other site objected to a passport scan cropped preserving all the 4 angles of the document visible (I had known about that legal requirement and not cropped by much), only Laddies asked me to rescan it.

They didn't accept a bank document that shows my address and that (or similar) had been accepted as an address proof by all other poker operators whom I sent it (incl. Pokerstars, William Hill). [Clarification: it was an agreement to open a bank account, while exactly a bank statement was needed, i.e. a list of transactions on the bank account. In Western countries, statements are sent by mail, but in Russia they aren't, and I guess going to the bank to get them in person doesn't accomplish much as they're not mailed and don't even show the address in some banks so aren't as good for address proving.]

Only due to the advice of the Russian VIP manager Larisa (whose contact details I didn't know before she phoned me all of a sudden) did I manage to pass the test - it turned out that the internal Russian passport with a stamp showing the permanent residence address was OK (even though it doesn't have to coincide with the current physical address, thankfully in my case they did coincide).

As weird as it is, Im not receiving any emails not even in my junk folder *bleh*.
Now its going third time with documents, this time Im trying with tonypmm tip preserving all the 4 angles of the document visible. I really do hope its about this as one angle from one document was missing a bit.
Address have been same all the times(documents@ladbrokescasino.com) and as tonypmm said 'care' is the address to support.
I'll keep you posted, its good also that ps.com has own section for every poker room, cause these can be found very useful for things like this to other members in future :f_thumbsup:
