      Hey dragoncharmer,

      Seems to be working OK for me. About 2.5k players online which would be fairly standard for this time of week. You can only keep trying I guess.

      It just came back on, but was in couple of tournaments and am out of those because of the server problem.
      Already contacted customer support. Hope they will refund the tickets as a gesture.

      Stay in touch with their support. Most rooms are pretty good in handling those situations.

      looks like they are overloaded with other people regarding the same matter. Have send Email and will post the reply here tomorrow probably

      Awesome. :) Nice to know others were having problems. Makes it more likely the problem was at their end.

      Please accept our apologies for the disruption you experienced during the The Bar tournament (30510210) starting at 18:30 GMT on Monday, 4 Aug 2014 with a $1.35 buy in. Unfortunately, due to an unforeseen technical issue, the tournament was cancelled before completion. A total of $0.00 had already been paid out in prizes before the tournament was cancelled. The remainder of the prize pool has been paid out as per our tournament cancellation policy outlined below. The remainder of the prize pool has been distributed amongst the 34 players who were still in the tournament at the time of cancellation based on the following method: Each player receives the next prize amount yet to be awarded. Of the remainder of the prize pool, 50% is shared equally between all remaining players, and 50% is distributed on a pro-rata basis according to the chip count of each player. The tournament fee has also been refunded to each active player. The tournament started with 40 players with a starting stack of 10000, therefore a total of 400000 chips were in play. At the time of cancellation, you had 7408 chips. Your share of the remaining $54.00 prize pool is calculated below: $0.00 = The next prize yet to be awarded. $0.79 = An equal share of 50% of the remaining prize pool (27.00/34). $0.50 = Your share of the remaining 27.00 based on chip count = 27.00 * (7408/400000) $0.15 = Your tournament entry fee. Therefore, the total payment for this tournament is $1.44. This has now been credited to your real money account.
