      Turn: ($7,50) 7:spade: (2 players)

      River: ($22,50) A:diamond: (2 players)
      MP3 checks, Hero bets $39,50 (All-In),

His check on te river was very weak and with the A:diamond: i could represent a big hand.
I overbet the river in case he wanna play c/c on the river, so it would be a very difficult for him to c/c here with an mediocre hand.

Or is this a case that only better hands would call and worser will fold?

you have showdown value, I would check behind.

Concerning the fold equity, if you bet pot it should be the same, I doubt he will reraise you with anything else but the flush, and in this case you save 35BB...

I would fold on the turn, too expensive for toppair good kicker.
And as cindy1985 said, I would check-behind since if you think you have the best hand, no need to bluff.

You should fold turn, no need to continue with a marginal player who pots twice on limped pot.
River: You probably win sometimes if you check, he would fold sometimes if you bet, but you don´t have to shove- 20$ bet has the same fold equity.
Since you continued on the turn, then you can easily check behind- you believed that you have the best hand on the turn, then what kind of worse hand would call your shove on the river.
