Hello everyone. A few years ago I played a lot from Italy.
      I was a diamond on strategy.it
I stopped playing and I moved to Mexico.
A few months ago I joined bwin to make some freeroll.
I found it convenient, in a couple of months I've earned $ 400.
at the end of the promotion, I registered on Partypoker and I started earning.
      around $ 200 in 20 days.

now I have blocked the account for no reason.
I'm sure I did not done anything against the rules.
are three days that you contact them.
in chat and telephone are very vague.
say they have evidence, but I'm sure they do not.

Accounts are MaloMaxPP MaloMaxPl and I have not PokerStrategy as a reference ..

Now I have to wait another 3 days for investigation.
What I do in the meantime? I contact someone in particular?

the two accounts have never played at the same time.
90% play freerolls and tournaments coinflip.
the coinflip tournaments are completely random. we start with 1 of stack .
immediately all-in. are used to convert T $ that gain in the freeroll.

another thing. until now I had only blocked the account of the party ..
Today, after having called them on the phone, I also blocked bwin.
in the last 20 days I've played very little at bwin.

edit: I played thousands of tournaments per month, per year, on GDpoker / bwin.it. I've never had any problems. now get banned for no reason, for some freeroll and not being able to play on bwin, would give me much annoyance.

all right. I have two accounts unlocked.
      normal security check.

was useful to call them, even if I do not speak English.
I used skype credit with the USA number, and I spent very little.

      edit:
I think the alarm is tripped because I played a lot of tournaments 1v1. sometimes even 20 in a row with the same person. suspicion of internal transfer. but are coinflip tournaments. last a few seconds and are random. you can not decide who wins. when they checked, they unlocked the account.

suspicion of internal transfer on coin flip tournaments - hilarious!

Max, make sure you fold your AKs, otherwise they flag you as terrorist.
