Unibet account blocked

      Hi there,

      as I can see many peoples have a some kind of problems at Unibet. Also and I because Unibet closed my account permanently!
      I was a open account on Unibet with username PokererQueen994, and everything was ok first month. I was playing at NL10, NL25 and last 10-15 days at NL50 where I start to winning nice because too many fishes on NL50.
      Few small withdraws (50-100 euros) was normally and I got it after one or two hours on my Skrill account, but when I win for one night about 400 euros and made a withdraw (300 euros), my withdraw request was on checking. They asked me a address proof, and I was send them a copy of my ID, screenshot of Skrill, and photo of bank transaction as proof that I'm real person!
      They said that I will get a answer in a 48 hours. After 5 days I didn't get any answer and I was contacted Unibet live support. Operators with who I was speaking be first with Dimitris, second with Mustafa, and third with Birgit which was absolutely unprofessional, and closed chat in a middle of discussion! Dimitris was said me that they have too many withdraw request and that he will send them notification to accelerate my process. After new 48 hours I was contacted again Unibet live support and this time I was speak with Mustafa who said me that everything is done and my transaction will be soon finished. Because day after that I still didn't receive money on my Skrill, I contacted them again, and this time I was speak with Birgit who said me that my account is blocked and just turn conversation off!
      After that I was send a mail to "info@unibetsupport.com" and asking for answer why my account was closed, and just got a feedback "I am very sorry but your account was blocked and it will remain blocked. The account wont be reopen."
      I asked them again why my account is blocked, and after few e-mails they said me that reason was chipdumping!?!?!?! If is a chipdumping played hand when I had a nuts on river and one idiot push all in (150-200 euros) with second pair, than Unibet is totally ridiculous site!
      After all that I was checking on forums about Unibet, and find that after Unibet leave Microgaming network too many players complain on Unibet! Every time the blocked account was with bankroll 500 and 1500 euros (I had 672 euros), and most of owners of accounts was from Balkan and East europe!
      Also,I found that Unibet have their bots on site, and maybe moron who pushed me all in was his bot, and this is a reason why my account was blocked! Also, they try to scare peoples with message "online gambling from your country is not legal and we will inform police in your country"! Only Unibet are this who break the law. If is online gambling forbidden, they MUST put this country on forbidden/black list, and don't allow registering new account's from there!
      I also playing poker on PokerStars and William Hill for a last two years without any problems!
      SO, my recommendations for all you is DON'T PLAY ON UNIBET, because they will probably steal your money if you start winning!

      Havent had any problems with unibet playing on the site for 1,5 years now. Cashouts always went good and ID verification also went pretty smooth. Had a minor issue when my cashout was cancelled 2 times in a row but after sending the ID things everything was fine :)

      I am a Belgian player in a regulated market so maybe that why i never have any problems with pokersites because they have to follow our laws and not ban people randomly but it seems strange that they just ban you for no reason. I hope everything will get resolved soon for you :)
