      I would call.

      If he had AA or KK he would have re-raised flop I think.
      He might have 89 (however, that would be a fishy call by him preflop since he doesn't have right odds or position for doing so), or hit a set at worst.

      I am putting him on A9 or weaker pocket pair then yours.

      Once you raise then you should probably call, but I don´t like raising pot size flop bets, since they often show a lot of strenth (or bluffs)
      I rather call flop and evaluate on the turn if I want to call another bet.
