      Salut ...am si eu o problema pe gala casino poker !Mi-au blocat contul si nu stiu de ce ...Daca trimit mail la supportul lor Imi da eroare ..Nush ce sa fac ..daca ma puteti ajuta ...!e

      What happening with Suport of galapoker ...they locked my account ....and They don't respond to my mails ...i sent them Picture with my id card ...and Nothing ...

      I'd recommend being patient in this case. It's quite possible that Gala Poker are performing a routine security check on your account. If you've sent your documents, I'm sure they'll get back to you as soon as possible.

      So hopefully everything will be resolved soon :)

      Do you mean they haven't replied to your emails for 2 weeks? If so I'd recommend sending them another message. If they then still don't respond, please send us a ticket (bottom of the page) and we'll see if there's anything we can do for you in this case.

      You have the address wrong. It's help@galacasino.com, but it's definitely galacasino not galacasinos

      I've sent them emails on help@galacasino.com and verification@galacasino.com and only robot respond to me ...

      What message do you get exactly? Does your email to them not get sent at all, i.e. the email never arrives at Gala Poker?

      Or do you get a message that, for example, Gala Poker have received your message and will get back to you shortly?

      Unfortunately we do not appear to have received an email from you that contained an image of your ID card. Therefore could you please resend it to us.

      I had the same problem at a different room... The reason they are not seeing the image is - You are either putting the image directly onto the email (not attaching it - But so it auto viewed when the email opens), or you are sending it in a different picture format than they are used to... Probably. So try opening the pictures in paint then save as... .jpg .jpeg .png .bmp

      And then send all four copies as attachments! Also, be sure that the room you play at isn't spread into .co.uk .com .fr etc and if it is make sure to change the .com at the end of the email to .co.uk or whichever country corresponds to your region of the world :)

      Hope this helps as I know how frustrating this issue can be and this are the soloutions I tried - It was the x4 image formats that eventually did it for me though :)
