      It gets even better...

      "Dear Darko,
      Thank you for your message.
Please be informed that you have never made a deposit on our card room.
If you wish to receive your winnings on your credit card, we invite you to first make a deposit with your card. With a $30 minimum deposit and the promotional code FREE20, you will be eligible for two welcome bonuses: a €20 cash and a 200% bonus up to €1500."

So they are telling me that i made money, even if i never played freerolls and i never played any casino games.

The money just showed up on my account, lucky me!

Don't use email to communicate with Netbet. Use their live chat feature on their main website. You should get a much faster response and it is easier to explain things as I find Poker support at some rooms only half read my emails meaning I have to send another and so on.

I used the live chat and got an issue sorted on the spot. Just be calm, polite but persistent and you should be fine.

      Hi, DarkoK3,
NetBet was formerly Poker 770 it is *possible* that the mix-up is due to the changeover.

I suggest that you request a transaction history using the poker client.

Then send an email to their support address giving all the dates and methods of all deposits.

Remember to work with the support person as calmly and patiently as you can -- you want them to be on your side.

I suggest that you don't make a deposit and claim the bonus -- once they figure out that this is NOT your first deposit, it will look bad for you.

      Patience is key here.

      Best of luck,
      VS
