Howcome the account is still restricted to play higher limits?

I have earned enough points (200 as indicated on the instructions) and still can not access higher limit tables.

      Hi, TaiXian,
This is just a guess, because I do not play on Winner Poker, but on other iPoker skins.

iPoker has two types of points.
In William Hill they are called "Club Points" and "WH Points"

To find out how many of each you have, click on "My Account" which is the left-most item on the client menu. Then look for an item like "Points History" in the window that comes up.

There will be a drop-down in there where you select the type of points to check.
In my WH account for example I have accumulated 62.62 WHPoints, and the same number of Club Points. When you play enough, a multiplier kicks in, and you accumulate Club Points faster than WH points (or whatever Winner calls 'em).

So my guess is that you have played enough so that the one type is growing faster than the base type. All levels etc are set according to the number of base points you have. The Club points (or whatever Winner calls 'em) are used to obtain rewards.

If after all that, I'm totally wrong, give their customer service a call and they'll sort it out.

      Best of luck,
      VS

Yeah that's William Hill not here at Winner. I just checked on Winner's website and they do not mention anything relating to point multipliers liker other ip networks.

      There's no customer service either...
The 24 hr live support is never there. I had to log into their casino to chat with live support there and they told me that that department is not there and asked me to send an email.

Shouldn't the restriction be automatically removed as soon as players reach 200 points?

      Okay got this response

      *****************************************
This is Julienne from the Support Team.

The conditions in your account stake limitation are:

      -at least €20.00 rake and fee is paid, or;
-at least €10.00 deposit is made
      ******************************************

But from what I read here the requirements are just 200 points right?

      Hi, TaiXian,

Just in case it is our information is wrong, I've asked the higher-ups to check into this.

Until we hear back, though, I recommend UPAY4DINNER's suggestion:
      Send their support an email.

      Best of luck,

      Hey TaiXian,

This is quoted from our Winner Free Money FAQ:

Why can I only play the beginner's limits?

If you start to play with your free poker money, there is a bankroll limitation in place which only allows you to play at the limits recommended in our beginner's strategy. As a beginner you can only play stakes up to:
      • No-Limit up to €£0.02/0.04
      • Fixed Limit up to €£0.05/0.10
      • Sit and Go up to €£1

In order lift this restriction you can either make deposit of at least $10 or generate $40 in rake and/or tournament fees.
$40 US is equivalent to €32.12 (at today's exchange rates) and you earn 16.875 WinnerPoints for each €1 in rake/fees.

This means you would need slightly over 540 WinnerPoints (depending on currency flunctuations) to release the restriction.

      Hope this clears things up

      Regards

      Laz

Got my restriction removed yesterday and yes it was an automatic process without needing to contact support.

Once you raked or generated fees of 20 euro the account will be removed automatically.

In terms of the Winner points it would be exactly 337.5 so when you see the points reach 337.5 at the bottom of the poker client's lobby your account is then unrestricted.

Also note that at this point you have also just earned enough points to redeem 5 USD of poker cash to be used at anytime.

      Hey masterofceremony,

You can make a deposit of $10 minimum (which will also get you a 250% pending bonus) OR earn the points by grinding the initial free money, :)

      Regards

Hi i just received this bonus today as free poker money first £3 is credited and I think the rest will arrive shortly.

In the email i received it said its for the 10£ beginner games. But these are £1 heads up games... I emailed support and asked if I can play outside of this and they replied this is for the headsup game. So I don't think I can play anything smaller or anything except heads up, is this correct?

      Thank you
