      I would refrain betting like $1.19 or $0.99 simply because I think it looks strange. Also its hard to calculate the odds without a calculator ;)

      Anyways as played, I think I would play it aggresively like you did. playing passively is also fine I think but not sure about that so:

      Flop: Potbet
      Turn: Shove when Pot>yourStack

      I'm pretty sure I pressed the bet pot button. Weird bet amount though.

      you dont have to be afraid of a higher FD, just be sure to discount outs when making your odds calculations. You have TP good kicker in a 5-way pot, so technically your hand is a rag and I would c/f IF thats all I had. In this case you can improve to top 2p, top set good kicker or 3rd nutflush. I give you 14 outs to improve, minus 2 for 3rd nutFD = 12 outs or a monster. So yeah, play it aggressivly, I would.
