I noticed my winnings according to pokertracker are most of the time higher than my actual winnings?? So I wondered why...

Yesterday I finally noticed, while reviewing my hands, that pokertracker does not always take into account stacksizes while going all in?!
Look at the example below: My actual winnings, without rake, is 2*2,40 of the guys that fold to the all in + 8,74 of the guy that goes all in. This makes like €13,54 that I won. In pokertracker the result is a winning of €23,75. It does not take into account that I overshoved the all in of the villain as you can see.

I hope you understand me and fix this as soon as possible

      Here is another example:
Pokertracker says I lost €13,93 but in fact I lost €16,59. Again its because I overshoved the stack size of the villain. Pokertracker thinks I won a side pot of like €2,5 while it is just my own money. :f_eek:

No this is correct, on ipoker your whole stack goes into the middle if youre all in even if you have the covered, and when you win you get it back. PT4 will not be counting this for your overall winnings graph or stat, don't worry.

I believe this is a known bug that occurred when there was a recent iPoker update. I anticipate a fix soon, but to incorporate this fix you will have to purge the offending hands and then re-import.

I seem to be suffering from the exact same problem and this is the only thread I've found where someone has the same issue. Did you manage to fix it?

Are you using a relatively recent PokerTracker4 version, for example 4.13.x? You can find the version number in the upper left of your PokerTracker4 window.

If you are, please open a support ticket here (this can be done as a guest, you don't need a pokertracker.com account): https://www.pokertracker.com/contact/284

Include in that ticket what the trouble is as well as an original hand history that causes the problem so we can troubleshoot it. Make sure to send an original, not anything exported by PokerTracker4.

If you need help with attaching to your support ticket you can use this guide: Attaching files
