Gutshot + FD, 13 outs. You'd need to be paid 2,6:1 if I'm not mistaken. An all-in would give you 2:1, so it seems not to be profitable. However, considering you were the aggressor, and there is some chance that the villain will fold, it might not be a bad move to push. Let's see what the judge says.

      BBs FoldBB%to steal = ?

Preflop: Fine but watch out stealing ATC against SB like people
Postflop: Bet $1.25+ (2/3 or something)
      Turn: Keep on betting.

SB is a passive chum, why did you stop betting on the turn? He doesnt have an A, that much is obvious, since a passive chum raises with top pair, so now you have even more outs as you can count your K.
      Flop: conti-bet 2/3 PS
      Turn: push all-in
River: all your work is already done
When you play a steal hand and get called you either start betting and keep betting or you surrender on the flop and c/f to the river unless you improve. You simply cannot pussy out on the turn or the chum will eat you alive. SB flat calls preflop and flop, then checks turn again, he is very afraid of the A but likes his hand, so bet like you have the A. As played, K high beats a busted draw on this board, I would have at least called the river and made a note
