Rather than c/c, imo you should b/f flop and dpeneds on the turn card c/c turn and c/f river.

      Since you´re oop+, then I don´t mind completing.
Raising is also fine, but it is hard to play oop.

It is player dependent, some players would fire pot with draw, some would bet 1/2 pot.

When turn is blank (all the other cards than heart and maybe K) I would c/c, since it is hard him to call with worse hand and I´m not too worry about flushdraw, since it is limped pot and I might not be the best hand
When turn is diamond or K then I would c/f, since that is also scare card for him and he shouldn´t turn his Qx into bluff, but rather bet with flush or trips.
When river is blank, then I would c/c if turn was checked, same reasons than c/c on the turn.
When river is blank and he bet turn then I would check and depends on his betsize and gut feeling I would c/c or c/f. It is just feelign if I´m ahead or behind.
