I am either learning to read bets or i am plain stupid:

      Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (9 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

      saw flop | saw showdown

      UTG+1 ($54.50)
      MP1 ($23.40)
      MP2 ($47.75)
      MP3 ($51.40)
      CO ($10.85)
      Button ($45.65)
      Hero (SB) ($20)
      BB ($29.55)
      UTG ($67.25)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 10:diamond: , 9:club:
      2 folds, MP1 calls $0.50, 4 folds, Hero calls $0.25, BB checks

      Flop: ($1.50) 10:spade: , 2:diamond: , 8:spade: (3 players)
      Hero bets $1.50, 1 fold, MP1 calls $1.50

      Turn: ($4.50) 6:diamond: (2 players)
      Hero bets $2.50, MP1 calls $2.50

      River: ($9.50) 3:club: (2 players)
      Hero checks, MP1 bets $15.50, Hero calls $15.50 (All-In)

      Total pot: $40.50 | Rake: $2

Hero had 10:diamond: , 9:club: (one pair, tens).
      MP1 had J:heart: , 7:diamond: (high card, Jack).
      Outcome: Hero won $38.50

this guy was pretty loose all game.. and he kept on calling (indicative of a draw) then he decides to push. i thought that if he had something he would decide to post a bet to suck me in.. this was a bet to keep me out of the pot. maybe he only has a low pairn with A kicker. and i called him.

he later said i made a terrible terrible call.
i decided to reply by saying "says the loser", no point in explaining that i did have some sort of logic in my mad call.. (i checked with BR and the pot size before doing it and i thought i could afford it).

      what do you think?
