I dont like 4bet shoving here. His 3bet range cant be that wide, and you are only ahead aganst Top pair kinda hands.
      Either check/call or bet/fold

you didn't raise preflop, so actually youre playing youre hand 4 setvalue

flop: i would call his check/raise and reevaluate the turn
turn: fold or checkbehind, river: call if he checked the turn

with TT I'm not just playing for set value. he can have overcards or 77-99.

Not really, because you'll miss a lot of value from draws. On the flop people tend to pay heavy for draws, if the turn blanks it will be hard for you to get value.

+ another thing in favor of b/shove instead of b/c: Lots of turn bring overcards / complete flush & villain only has little more then a potsize bet left. If he shoves turn you have to make a crying call/fold.

For those reasons I prefer getting it in on flop. If he does this with AA/KK/QQ you can make a note and get cheap draws in later pots :D

shoving is fine just because c/r as pfa is more often air or a draw then anything else. With a normal reraise we nearly put him all-in anyway.
