      so, you lost 1 $... did he hit a flush? it doesnt matter, you told him you havent...

      Situation which happens very often, at the river you dont believe him but you know you must fold... But, i believe that with different play you can make your decission much easier...


      i would bet 25 cents on flop... he would have called... on the turn, third club appears... pot would be 90 cents... you bet 55 or 60 cents... he calls...

      on the river, you can check, and in most cases, opponent without a flush, will check behind cause he is affraid of the flush... if he bets, you can be more sure he got it...

      so, you would lose max 85 cents and you would have easier fold... saving 15 cents every now and then makes a big difference, trust me...
