      Hey Ronnie,

      You also have to take in to context the questions you are asking them. Most poker room support staff are told how to respond to deposit and withdrawal requests because in a perfect world that's all they would have to respond to.

      Unfortunately we don't live in a perfect world so often they have to refer it to other departments and wait for replies. Please remember your initial contact at support may not have the info you need and patience may be required.
