What's with SP from William Hill?

      Since last week of April I haven't recived any SP from William Hill. They are still in pending condition.
      Also my status is silver and gold is untouched, cause I don't have points from William Hill.
      Till end of April they were regulary updated. When will they be updated?

      We're unfortunately experiencing some delays in crediting the StrategyPoints for William Hill. We're working on getting this resolved with William Hill, so hopefully we'll be able to credit all the missing StrategyPoints soon!

      If you missed out on a status upgrade, just send us a ticket and we might be able to upgrade your status for you manually :)

      Still no points from William Hill :(
      And I can not open last months points at my account for William Hill.

      Hey vlajko333,

      As has been stated previously, we are experiencing delays with data reporting from William Hill. If you have an open ticket with our customer service department, then please respond through that. If you haven't opened a ticket, then I would suggest you do so by clicking the link in TinoLaan's post, scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking the '+' next to 'Open a new ticket'.

      Unfortunately this can't be fixed from the forum.

      i am afraid i can only repeat the words from previous answers, still problems and we hope this will be fixed soon :-(

      No more rake from me till this is fixed can't expect a status a month late+ and no info on why it is happening.

      If you believe you are entitled to a status upgrade, then you should open a ticket with our customer support team. They will let you know what you need to do.

      Just scroll to the bottom of the page (after clicking the link above) and click the + sign next to "Open a new ticket'.
