So, I had AKo at BU me and BB go all in pf
      My stack: $5 BB: $5,57
I won the pot and get only $9,36
and BB get an extra $0,57

I contacted netbet support and they answer were:

      Dear Bruno,

I hope this finds you well!

As promised, i checked with the relevant department to see what happened:

Please be informed that it was not a mistake on the system.

In fact, even if you had won the hand, you would not have been able to take all the money from the pot, as your bet was smaller than the other player's bet.

This means that you could not cover the player's last bet.

      Kind Regards,

      Giulia

      Netbet Casino
So where I can seek help? Not that $0,57 matters that much, but if I'm playing +15k hands a month and ain't paying attention that few cents will make a huge difference.

      Hello clinicas

It looks like the villain invested $5,57 in the pot and you had only $5. So he gets 57c back and the pot will be $5 times 2 is $10 if you don’t calculate rake you need to paid to the site.
After both players paid rake only $9,36 is over. That means you have paid 64c rake.

Hopefully you understand it better now, but if you have still some questions don’t hesitate to ask them.

      Best regards,

      Yeah, ty I understood now

my HM is not configurated correctly to the rake of those tables
so he put the 0.09 as rake and he don't know what the 0.57 was so he returned to the villain

that's way he have $1.14 in the second image. But in the table that money went to netbet not for him.

I guess that explained how villain has $1,14 there, but it’s weird for sure. 57+9 isn’t 64, but 66. Good to know it’s clear to you now.
