Nice promo I think for the players that likes the old school games.
So far I run pretty good in the FL draw ZOOM tables.
Hopefully the Stud games are also profitable for me.

      Hey Lazza61,

Yeah, I sent 2 emails to PokerStars, one on day 03, the other day 04.

Take a look at this excerpt terms and conditions of the promotion:

Stud and Draw Week - Promotional Terms
The following terms and conditions apply to the promotions running as part of Stud and Draw Week, in addition to PokerStars general promotional terms.

      Cash Game Leader Boards

Prizes will be credited to players’ accounts within 48 hours of the completion of the Leader Board.

Now, we have almost a full week after the end of the leaderboard.

On day 03 email, answer me this:

      Hello Robson,

      Thank you for your email.

We are sorry for the delay, but we are performing standard security reviews to Ensure the integrity of the Leader Board. For this reason it is taking longer than expected to have the prizes ready. The prizes will be credited to the players' accounts as soon as possible.

      Our apologies for the inconvenience.

If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

      Best regards,

      Will D
      PokerStars Support Team

And the email of 04, I asked some estimate of when the prizes would be paid, but still got no answer.

      Just to finish:
I understand that technical problems and delays can occur, but what bothers me is the lack of consideration for the players, who have dedicated themselves to a promotion of this size, increasing considerably the traffic on those game modes and do not receive an email with a acceptable explanation for the delay. It seems that Pokerstars is doing a favor to pay Leaderboars, which is definitely not the case.
