      Hi,
Just wondered if anybody has a problem with full tilt.eu.
I downloaded a software update and since then when i click on the login button a box appears saying full tilt.eu has encountered a problem and will shut down.In the details section of the box it says exception name unknown module,
      exception address 0x629c5961,exception type 0xc0000005.
Ihave uninstalled and reinstalled the software to no avail.
Full tilt tech guys are looking into it for me but im just wondering if anybody else has encountered this issue.
My operating system is windows7 and my computer is a 64 bit toshiba.
      Thanks

      Hey benem75,

I'll move this to the 'Full Tilt' board where it will be more likely to be seen by other Full Tilt players. :s_thumbsup:

      Cheers

      Laz

      Thanks,
Just a quick update,as i couldnt access my account for three days i asked for my money back until they fixed my bug.
Its only 60 odd dollars and i wanted it back on the card i used to deposit with.
They asked me for documents to be scanned and sent on to them.
As they didnt require documents to take my money i dont see why they need them now.
Anyway as i dont have a scanner and trying to do it on a smart phone and make them legible is beyond my limited tech ability i contacted my credit card company to see if they can get it back for me.
Failing that i asked them to donate it to charity as ive wasted enough time on them.
I now play on paddypower and have no problem depositing or withdrawing as i tried the withdrawal straight away and no bother.
      good luck at the tables

      Hi, benem75,
Should you ever encounter this situation again, (and you will) be prepared.

Any office supply store will be able to create high-quality scans of your docs for you in pdf format.
Save them on your hard-drive for whenever you need them.

As for why some poker rooms ask for credentials for withdraws the answer is that some jurisdictions' laws required it.

If you are patient you will get your money.
      If you're not, I don't recommend poker.

      Peace,
      VS

Have you tried updating or unistalling/reinstalling Java? Also are you operating on a shared internet connection or through a LAN?

Have you contacted Full Tilt support at support@fulltilt.com ?

      Regards

Oh my god, is FT running under Java these days? It used to be carefully hand-crafted C++ code. But those were the good old days ...
