      first of all 77 is behind the short stacks raising range so is much better to call the raise and see a flop
      when you shove flop you are geting called just by a strong draw or a better hand must of the time and you will be behind a lot .
      judging from the preflop action bb has a strong hand calling a reraise from you and a shove from the ss so i would probably check/fold the flop trying to see a cheap showdown
