Ok so as suggested by Harrier88, I'm going to be honest with you and not just tell you the good bits (only have sidekick atm and don't know how to import hands) so to recap today:
2 tables 6 player @NL4 played abt 50 hands lost abt $1.40 this is due to bad habits creeping back in so had a break and gave myself a ticking off.
2 tables 6 player @NL2 played 142 hands, session rake $0.29, this was better as I'm now more disiplined, need to work on conversion rate need to get better at reading hands.

Ok I'm not very witty but basically last couple of days had a winning session $11.73 and 2 losing sessions around $2 each all at NL4
In a nutshell I am improving and I'm able to read some betting patterns and sometimes what cards people are holding.

If anyone is interested in how I'm doing let me know if not then can we delete this please!

      Hi hardlife66,

So I finally found your blog. Nice to hear that you feel you're improving!

How is it going, lately? Any updates on your progress?

Also, what kind of games are you playing at the moment, and on which sites?

Thanks guys, all games are 6 players I always BI at max, I'm on PKR usually it takes me about an hour to increase my BI to between $3 & $4 across 2 tables at NL2 or like above $11.73 was my highest across 2 tables at NL4, I play tag and watch betting patterns till I think I have a winning hand which works 70% of the time.
The exception was yesterday when I managed to get from $2 to $3.63 in 7 hands at NL2.
The long game is to go up the levels so I can have an income of $1000 per week so $150- $200 per day but playing no more than 4 hours a day is this achieveable and at what level. I know I will have to bluff more and this I find is the hardest thing for me to get right.

Normally I would have folded at the turn, this one I got wrong, badly.

      Known Players:
      SB: $5.43 - 136 bb
      BB: $3.98 - 100 bb

SB bets $0.12, Hero calls, CO folds

      Turn: ($0.36 - 9 bb) 6:club: (2 Players)
      SB bets $0.27, Hero calls

      River: ($0.90 - 22.50 bb) 8:diamond: (2 Players)
SB bets $5, Hero calls, SB gets uncalled back ($1.45)

I read this all wrong, I wasn't expecting villian to have :5h: :5c: but you live and learn.

Managed to almost save it on the other table been hanging around $6.90-$6.99 for a while so got out at $6.92.

      Known Players:
      SB: $4.99 - 125 bb
      BB: $1.23 - 31 bb
      CO: $4.44 - 111 bb
      MP2: $1.88 - 47 bb
      MP3: $2.15 - 54 bb
      BU: $4.64 - 116 bb

      0.02/0.04 No Limit Hold'em (6 Handed)
Hand recorder for this hand: PokerStrategy.com SideKick 2.1.20409.2

Preflop: Hero is CO with J:heart: , 9:heart:
SB posts small blind ($0.02), BB posts big blind ($0.04), MP2 calls, MP3 calls, Hero calls, BU calls, SB calls, BB checks

      Flop: ($0.24 - 6 bb) T:diamond: , 8:heart: , 7:spade: (6 Players)
SB bets $0.18, BB folds, MP2 calls, MP3 calls, Hero calls, BU folds

      Turn: ($0.96 - 24 bb) K:diamond: (4 Players)
SB bets $0.64, MP2 calls, MP3 folds, Hero calls

      River: ($2.88 - 72 bb) 3:diamond: (3 Players)
2 checks, Hero bets $3.58, SB folds, MP2 calls, Hero gets uncalled back ($2.56)

Comment this was my best hand on the other table I won $2.55

Question, why do some people that play well suddenly shove till it's all lost then leave?

You can do it to. You can see at the top of thread you have created a ‘Edit’ button.
It looks like this (without the 'Close thread' button):

If you can click on it you can change your own title.
Hopefully that’s clear for you. Otherwise I can change it too, but it’s better that you do it first so that I know if you know how it works.

      Cheers,

C'mon mate, 57c is not even half a buy-in. Don't let that get you down, we all face a cold deck from time to time.
